About the chef. Born in Kinston, North Carolina, Mr. Perry has over 28 years of experience as a professional chef. He started his career in the U.S. Marines and has since held chef positions at the Marriott Hotel, Legal Seafoods, Boston University and City Fresh Foods. Perry's Gourmet Services prides itself on quality and customer service.
